TERMS OF SERVICE
I reserve the right to deny any prospective commission based on content that I am not comfortable with or interested in.
It is expected that all commissions be paid at least half up front, and the other half upon completion. If you prefer to pay the total upfront, please let me know in our discussion before the invoice is sent. All transactions will be completed through PayPal unless an exception is otherwise discussed.
Full resolution files or original copies of all work will only be released once full payment is received.
I do not consent to my work being used in AI engines or databases. You will be blacklisted immediately pending my discovery.
Any changes in posing/expressions/etc must be made during the sketch stage. Once the piece is inked, no changes can be made. Any changes for color must be made during the flat stages for digital work. Once the piece is completed, no changes can be made.
I reserve the right to artistic license, and the right to my own interpretation of your character(s). I will do my best to portray your character as accurately as possible with the references and details provided. If our visions do not align, you are welcome to a partial refund before the final stages are completed. If you receive a finished work and are unsatisfied, no refunds will be issued, as the piece has been completed. I hope you will find someone who can better achieve your vision in the future.
All work provided including finished work and progress images are for personal use only, and may not be resold or redistributed for profit. You are welcome to repost and share only the low res, watermarked image on your own social media. You are also welcome to have prints made of the high res file for personal use only and not for any profit or redistribution.
If the intended commission is for commercial purposes, further terms can be discussed.
Refunds and partial refunds are open to discussion if the need arises.
Any failure to adhere to any of these terms, or if any chargebacks are issued, will result in being blacklisted from any future transactions.
Commission Pricing
All prices are in $USD! Some examples are personal work. All traditional media commissions will be digitized and cleaned up. All listed prices are base prices. Prices are subject to a $5-20 increase for complexity depending on type and media. This will be included in the quote through e-mail correspondence.

Bust - $20 (single character only)
Waist Up - $35 (+50% per each additional character)
